Chattanooga Family Photos

chattanooga family photography

This family of three are some of the best people, and I was thrilled when they asked me to shoot family photos of them! We shot on and around some of my favorite of the city’s murals (though there are always more to find—I love that about Chattanooga) and had a blast. Thanks for coming out, guys!

Cat + Shane’s Romantic Wedding at Rumours East

Since Valentine’s Day is nearly upon us, I thought today would be an excellent day to share photos from Cat + Shane’s ultra romantic, nighttime wedding at Rumours East in Nashville. When I say ultra romantic, I mean it: these guys paired a Hollywood theme with a softly lit ceremony, and Mother Nature just happened to provide a pretty epic thunderstorm that boomed and rattled throughout the indoor ceremony. That might not sound like your dream wedding scenario, but the weather went peeeerfectly with the mood and vibe of the wedding. It was beautiful!

STEPHANIE + TYLER’S SUMMER BLISS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

I am still (still!) catching up on blogging last summer’s weddings, and this one was such a blast! Stephanie + Tyler live in Ohio but are from the PNW, and the pair traveled back to Portland last summer to get married. Their venue (Union/Pine) is always the most perfect place to get married), and summer was in full force so the weather was flaawwwlessss.

Jami + Adam // The Trolley Barn // Atlanta, GA

A few months ago I traveled to Atlanta to shoot Jami + Adam’s wedding at The Trolley Barn. I’m a sucker for history, and loved the story behind the venue almost as much as I loved the story of how these two met. These guys are actually the kind of people who are saving the world (they met in South Sudan while working as part of a team that is eliminating guinea worm), and having a few hours to bask in the glow of their company was an honor.
